✍The Lausanne conference

From 12 to 20 March 1984, after the annulment of the 17 May Agreement, the leaders met in Lausanne to discuss political reform: parity, a senate and decentralisation; they agreed only on a national unity government headed by Rashid Karami and a constitutional committee.
