●Ghajar martyrs speech: "Who are you?"

PartiesHezbollahPSP / Jumblatt

On 25 November 2005, at the Sayyed al-Shuhada complex in Rweiss during the honouring of the three martyrs of the Ghajar confrontation whose bodies had been received at Ras al-Naqoura, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah spoke of the Ghajar operation (21 November), holding that Israel had read the six months of calm as weakness and tried to change the rules of engagement, and said that capturing soldiers was "a natural right, indeed a duty" to free the prisoners after the failure of diplomacy. He then answered those who accused the resistance of carrying out the orders of Damascus and Tehran, and, in a reference to Walid Jumblatt without naming him, with the famous phrase: "Who are you?" He called for national dialogue, for assisting the international investigation "without exploiting it politically", and for cooperation with Syria instead of besieging it.
