●Najib Mikati designated

On 25 January 2011 President Sleiman designated Najib Mikati to form the government with the votes of 8 March and Jumblatt after the fall of Hariri's government; he formed it in June, and it later declined to fund the tribunal from the budget before Mikati funded it from outside it.
