¤First offshore drilling in Block 4 ends without a find

On 27 February 2020 Total began the first exploratory drilling in Block 4 off Beirut, and announced in April traces of gas without commercial quantities; a disappointment for the bet on gas as a way out of the collapse, and the disputed Block 9 remained the next bet.
