✸Kafra–Yater clashes: the Katyusha enters the equation

On 21 February 1992, at the height of the reply to the assassination of Sayyed Abbas al-Musawi, the Islamic Resistance in wide confrontations forced an Israeli force that had pushed towards Kafra and Yater to withdraw, and used Katyusha rockets "as never before", shelling the Israeli concentrations; the same day an undeclared truce began that halted the shelling.
