On 3 February 1989, days after the Damascus agreement to stop the fighting between Amal and Hezbollah (30 January), Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah spoke to the magazine "al-Wahda al-Islamiya" about the Shia reconciliation, the conditions for ending the "war of brothers" and the priority of the resistance, with a warning to Yasser Arafat about the path of settlement after the Algiers declaration; included in Noe's anthology under the title "Shiite reconciliation".
