⚔Battle of Tripoli: the Palestinian dissidents against Arafat

From 3 November 1983 Fatah al-Intifada (Abu Musa), with Syrian forces, attacked Arafat's positions in Beddawi and Nahr al-Bared, then besieged and shelled Tripoli; some 500 dead and 1,500 wounded in three weeks, most of them civilians.
