AttackerIsrael / IDF➜TargetLebanese Army

Members of the Golani brigade (the Israeli army's elite unit) entered the villages of Kfar Kila and Hula in South Lebanon, where nine Lebanese soldiers and twelve civilians were abducted, a number of army weapons seized and the radar there shelled. The main aim of the move was to hold the Lebanese government responsible so that it in turn would press the Palestinian fedayeen to return the captured soldier.
