●Thirteen prisoners released from Ayalon prison

On 19 April 2000, five weeks before the withdrawal, Israel released thirteen Lebanese prisoners from Ayalon prison after the Supreme Court's ruling that they could not be held as "bargaining chips", while keeping Obeid and Dirani.
